How to Glow:
  1. After painting your nails charge up them in the Sun, indoor lights, or with a flashlight.
  2. Charge them for 3+ minutes.
  3. Watch them glow in the dark! (Shimmer does not obstruct the glowing effect)
Tip: The longer and brighter the charge yields a longer and brighter glow!
